All 39 gl accounts are exclusively available to players aged 21 and above. Age is verified through KYC documentation before withdrawal access is granted, in compliance with PAGCOR regulations.
Each individual may hold only one 39 gl account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
2.1 By registering an Account on the 39 gl Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
2.2 If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, you must not register an Account or use the 39 gl Platform in any capacity.
2.3 These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 39 gl. Your continued use of the Platform following any published amendment to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms.
2.4 39 gl reserves the right to refuse access to the Platform to any individual at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
3.1 Age Requirement. The 39 gl Platform is strictly available to individuals aged 21 years and above. This age threshold is mandated by PAGCOR's Player Protection Guidelines applicable to online gaming operators in the Philippines. By registering, you warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.
3.2 Philippine Residency & Jurisdiction. The 39 gl Platform is operated under a PAGCOR-regulated framework and is intended for players physically located in the Philippines or in jurisdictions where online gaming is lawfully permitted. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform does not violate any applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
3.3 One Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on the 39 gl Platform. Registration of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Breach of this clause may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
3.4 Accurate Information. Players must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information at the time of registration and must update their account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
3.5 KYC Verification. Prior to processing any withdrawal, 39 gl requires Players to complete identity verification (KYC). Acceptable documents include any valid Philippine government-issued photo ID, including but not limited to: Philippine Passport, SSS/UMID Card, PhilSys National ID, LTO Driver's License, PhilHealth ID, and Voter's ID. 39 gl may request additional documentation at any time where required for regulatory compliance or fraud prevention purposes.
3.6 Minors. 39 gl strictly prohibits the use of the Platform by individuals under the age of 21. If 39 gl determines that a minor has registered an Account, the Account will be immediately suspended, all deposits will be returned (net of any withdrawals already made), and the matter may be referred to PAGCOR and relevant authorities.
4.1 Credentials Security. Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their 39 gl login credentials, including their username, password, and any OTP codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. 39 gl will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access attributable to your failure to secure your credentials.
4.2 Notification of Unauthorised Access. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 39 gl support immediately. Prompt notification limits your exposure to losses and enables 39 gl to investigate and secure the Account.
4.3 Account Inactivity. An Account that has not recorded any login, deposit, or wagering activity for a consecutive period of twelve (12) months may be classified as inactive. 39 gl may apply a monthly administrative fee to inactive accounts, provided the applicable fee schedule has been communicated to the Player. Players may reactivate an inactive Account by contacting 39 gl support.
4.4 Self-Exclusion. Players may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the 39 gl Platform at any time via the Responsible Gaming section of their Account or by contacting support. Requests for permanent self-exclusion will be processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.
5.1 Deposit Methods. 39 gl accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and USDT. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposit balances are maintained in Philippine Pesos (PHP). 39 gl does not accept deposits from credit cards issued in the name of a third party.
5.2 Deposit Processing. GCash and Maya deposits are credited to a Player's Wallet within approximately 30 seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits typically clear within 5–10 minutes during standard banking hours. 39 gl is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banking systems.
5.3 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals are available only to Players who have completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment method registered in the Player's own name — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed in the order received. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically completed within minutes during operational hours. Bank transfer withdrawals typically complete within one hour during business hours. 39 gl reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawal requests above threshold amounts.
5.5 Source of Funds. By making a deposit, you warrant that the funds are legitimately yours and are not derived from unlawful activity. 39 gl complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and may request evidence of source of funds for high-volume transactions.
6.1 Bonus Credits issued by 39 gl are subject to wagering requirements ("turnover requirements") that must be satisfied before Bonus Credits or associated winnings may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible game categories, and validity period are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
6.2 39 gl reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer or alter promotional terms at any time without prior notice, subject to compliance with applicable PAGCOR guidelines.
6.3 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to collusion, use of multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, and systematic exploitation of bonus terms — is strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
6.4 In the event of a dispute regarding bonus calculations or wagering progress, the records maintained by 39 gl's internal systems shall be considered definitive, subject to the dispute resolution process described in Section 14.
7.1 All games available on the 39 gl Platform are governed by the individual game rules published within each game's interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with applicable game rules before placing wagers.
7.2 In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including server errors, disconnections, or software failures — 39 gl will resolve the affected game round in accordance with its technical error policy. Wagers placed during a technical malfunction may be voided and refunded at 39 gl's discretion.
7.3 Results of all live dealer games are determined by physical action of certified dealers operating under provider supervision. Results of RNG-based games are determined by certified Random Number Generator software. Neither category of result can be influenced by 39 gl or any player.
7.4 Any wager or win arising from an error in the displayed odds, payout tables, or game configuration ("manifest error") shall be void. 39 gl reserves the right to correct manifest errors and recalculate affected game rounds accordingly.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 39 gl Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:
9.1 39 gl is committed to responsible gaming. The Platform provides self-service tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion, accessible directly from your Account dashboard. Players are encouraged to use these tools to manage their gaming activity.

9.3 39 gl is not liable for financial losses incurred through gaming activity conducted in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. By continuing to use the Platform, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risk of financial loss associated with gambling.

10.1 All content on the 39 gl Platform — including but not limited to the 39 gl brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, promotional materials, and written content — is the intellectual property of 39 gl or its licensed providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
10.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. No intellectual property rights are transferred to Players by virtue of this licence.
10.3 Reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content without the prior written consent of 39 gl is strictly prohibited.
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 39 gl's total aggregate liability to any Player for any cause of action — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim.
11.2 39 gl shall not be liable for: (a) indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses; (b) loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill; (c) losses arising from interruptions to Platform availability due to maintenance, technical issues, or third-party service failures; (d) losses caused by a Player's failure to follow published security recommendations.
11.3 The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." 39 gl makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
12.1 39 gl collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
12.2 39 gl will not sell or transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for commercial marketing purposes without your express consent. Disclosure to regulatory authorities (including PAGCOR), law enforcement, and identity verification service providers is permitted to the extent required by law or regulatory obligation.
13.1 39 gl reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without notice, where: (a) a Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions; (b) 39 gl has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other unlawful conduct; (c) a Player's continued use of the Platform poses a risk to other players, 39 gl, or the integrity of the Platform.
13.2 Upon termination for breach, 39 gl may forfeit any balance held in the suspended Account. Where suspension is precautionary pending investigation, account balances will be held and released or forfeited upon conclusion of the investigation.
13.3 A Player may close their Account at any time by contacting 39 gl support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of applicable bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered withdrawal method.
14.1 If you have a dispute regarding your Account, a game result, a transaction, or any other matter relating to your use of the 39 gl Platform, you must first contact 39 gl support by email at [email protected] with full details of the dispute and supporting evidence.
14.2 39 gl will acknowledge your dispute within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 business days. We aim to resolve all disputes fairly and in accordance with applicable PAGCOR guidelines.
14.3 If you are not satisfied with 39 gl's resolution of a dispute, you may refer the matter to PAGCOR as the competent regulatory authority for online gaming disputes in the Philippines.
15.1 These Terms & Conditions and all matters arising from or in connection with your use of the 39 gl Platform are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
15.2 You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the process described in Section 14.
